You will get the chance to work on significant and market leading development projects, sales and acquisitions, leasing and general advice work. The team has an unrivalled portfolio of major commercial and government clients and is renowned for its expertise in advising many major players in the real estate industry.**Skills & Experience**To be successful in this role, you will have:* experience as a Senior Associate within a leading property practice;* experience across a broad range of property classes and transactions, with experience in government being highly desirable;* an ability to draft clear, commercially-oriented and incisive advice;* a strong client service focus and exceptional work ethic;* highly developed interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships and maintaining a positive team environment; and* experience mentoring and coaching junior lawyers.In addition to this, we're looking for a resilient, self-starter who is able to work autonomously, has attention to detail and is committed to providing an outstanding service to their clients.**The Real Estate team**The Clayton Utz national Real Estate Team is a key player in many of Australia's most significant and complex property projects, earning the title of "Property Team of the Year" in the 2020 and 2021 Lawyers Weekly Australian Law Awards .
