We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Radiographer to lead a radiology team in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to drive excellence in imaging services while supporting a collaborative and patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage the radiography team to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient workflow.

- Oversee daily operations of the imaging department, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure accurate and timely imaging services.

- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

- Maintain and develop departmental protocols, ensuring adherence to industry standards and accreditation requirements.

About You

- Proven experience as a Senior or Chief Radiographer in a hospital or diagnostic imaging setting.

- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

- Proficient in a range of imaging modalities

- Commitment to high-quality patient care and team development.
