Your Mission: Drive Excellence Across Four Pillars

This isn't about maintaining the status quo. It's about revolutionising it. As the Practice Manager, you'll be the driver of progress, focusing on:

1. Staff/HR/Operations:

- Cultivate a high-performance team of ~20, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

- Implement strategic HR initiatives, from recruitment to professional development, ensuring a motivated and efficient workforce.

- Streamline operational workflows to maximise efficiency and patient satisfaction.

2. Finance Management:

- Partner with the Directors to develop and manage robust budgets, forecasts, and costings.

- Ensure the practice's financial health through meticulous analysis and strategic financial planning.

3. Risk & Governance:

- Review, enhance and maintain robust compliance frameworks to safeguard the practice's integrity.

- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring operational stability.

4. Practice Development & Promotion:

- Spearhead innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and patient acquisition.

- Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities, propelling the practice to new heights.

Your Toolkit: Skills and Passion

We're seeking a leader and manager who:

- Possesses proven management experience with medium/large teams (~20 staff).
- Excels in recruitment, training, and staff development.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of business and finance principles.
- Is tech-confident and comfortable navigating the evolving digital landscape.
- Is highly organised, business savvy and task oriented with impeccable follow through/up.
- Ideally has dental or medical practice experience, but we value transferable skills.
