Sandwich Artist

The Subway brand is the largest sandwich chain in the world with over 40,000 restaurants. Due to continued growth, our Franchise Owners are looking to recruit motivated and driven team members to join the Subway brand as a Sandwich Artist.

A Sandwich Artist is the face of our restaurants, preparing and serving delicious Subway sandwiches, meeting and greeting guests, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be the reason customers keep coming back.

Job Introduction

Previous experience in food preparation, retail sales, and/or customer service is desirable but not essential, as full training and University of Subway courses will be provided. A winning attitude is more important. This could be the perfect opportunity for those looking to start a career in the food industry.

Main Responsibilities

- Ensure food storage and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety and Audit standards
- Comply with Food Code of Practice
- Operate the till
- Monitor stock levels
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules
- Follow security & safety procedures
- Maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers
- Maintain high personal presentation in the provided uniform to meet Subway brand and customer expectations
- Work as a team member
- Deliver a high standard of service when dealing with products, sales, and catering for customer needs

As a Sandwich Artist, you will serve and add value to customer needs in an efficient and friendly manner, promoting Subway brand awareness and ensuring hygiene standards are met.
