Ultima - Casual Press Operator (Malle Hay)

Various roles available at the Mallee Hay Processing site based in Ultima. We are seeking keen workers to join us on a casual basis.

About the Position

We are seeking keen workers to join our site based in Ultima which processes hay. We are a major processor and exporter of animal fodder to overseas markets, including Japan, Korea, China and Taiwan. We have positions available to come on board and assist us in our processing. These roles are on a casual basis offering $30.25 + Casual Loading + Super. Applicants must be able to work rotating day and night shifts and be local to the Ultima area.

Key Responsibilities

- The loading and unloading of containers.

- Sorting and strapping loads.

- General manual handling duties.

- General ad-hoc duties regarding the day-to-day maintenance and operations of our plant.

To be successful in this role you will have

- Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations is highly desirable.

- Strong commitment to safety and quality of work.

- Have a positive attitude, be reliable and punctual.

- The ability to conduct some manual handling duties.

- Have demonstrated experience of working effectively within a team environment.

- Have full working rights in Australia and be able to travel to and work from our site at Ultima, Victoria.
