ARN is offering a rare opportunity to join the Kyle & Jackie O Show as Senior Content Advisor, where you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding brand integrity and leading a team dedicated to ensuring broadcast compliance.

About the role:

As Senior Content Advisor, you will:

- Lead and mentor a team responsible for monitoring live and recorded audio to ensure all content meets broadcast standards.
- Provide clear guidance on industry codes to protect the brands.
- Identify and manage potential risks in content, ensuring compliance with Commercial Radio Codes of Practice.
- Stay across pop culture, sport, and news trends to understand what resonates with the brand and audiences.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to manage network communication.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion across the ARN business.

About you:

You are a confident leader with a strong compliance mindset. You bring:

- Proven working knowledge of broadcasting codes and standards.
- Experience working with legal documents and regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong judgement, decisiveness, and commercial awareness.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- A collaborative approach, with the capability to lead and inspire a team.
