About the role

We’re looking for twoCampaign Activation Representativeto join our newly created team, dedicated to driving proactive customer engagement with CSC’s Superannuation Schemes, Services and Products by calling and nurturing existing leads.Supporting strategic marketing initiatives, the role activates campaigns that connect members to relevant financial services and educational opportunities, enhancing customer financial well-being by providing clear pathways to accessible support tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent CSC at events, bringing our brand and services to life for members
- Activate campaigns that connect members with CSC’s services — from Super Specialist appointments to educational events and one-on-one consultations
- Engage members through outbound calls, identifying their needs and guiding them to tailored financial support
- Communicate clearly and confidently, making financial information simple and engaging
- Collaborate with the Enablement Team to enhance campaign impact and customer engagement
- Prepare professional communications using approved templates and guidelines

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving outcomes
- Quick thinker who’s comfortable learning new systems and process
- Understanding of privacy, compliance and professional standards
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems, capable of handlingunexpected situations and objections while providing solutions to customers
- RG146 qualification, highly regarded
