Specialist/Consultant or Visiting Medical Officer – Obstetrics & Gynaecology
Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time / Part-Time / VMO
Remuneration: $186,241 – $229,825 + Rural Incentives up to $10,000 p.a.

About the Role

Join a dedicated team at a Level 4 Maternity Service offering:

- 3 birthing suites operating 24/7
- Multidisciplinary care with Midwives, GP Obstetricians, and Specialist Obstetricians
- A strong focus on patient-centred, relationship-based care

Your responsibilities

- Inpatient, outpatient, procedural, diagnostic, and on-call services
- Clinical handover, teaching, supervision, and emergency care
- Participation in quality improvement, research, and clinical governance

You must have

- FRANZCOG or be eligible for Fellowship via RANZCOG or an overseas specialist pathway
- AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
- Strong recent experience in obstetrics and gynaecology
- Commitment to collaborative, multidisciplinary care
- Interest in teaching, research, and continuous professional development
