Role Overview:

As a Real Estate Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to drive your career forward within a high-performing team. Candidate Requirements:

- Essential: Valid Certificate of Registration in Real Estate.
- Previous experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of the local market in the Eastern Suburbs is a significant advantage.
- Highly motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
