You’ll provide advice across business services, compliance, taxation, and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from start-ups to well-established businesses. The role focuses on client relationships and advisory services, allowing you to partner with clients on their growth journey. Duties and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for a portfolio with a wide range of clients
- Provide comprehensive financial advice to clients across business advisory, taxation and compliance
- Prepare Business/Company returns, financial statements and reports, audit and compliance reports, SMSF reporting and compliance, as well as providing day to day support to clients
- Partner with clients to develop and maintain strong relationships
- Maintain current industry and market knowledge
- Provide an outstanding and efficient service to all customers

What We’re Looking For:

- A strong accounting background across tax, advisory and compliance
- CPA/CA qualified accounting experience preferred but not essential.
- Experience in financial management, reporting and business analysis
- Strong knowledge of general finance, budgeting, systems, and process
- Expertise with business clients and complex structures
- Ability to work autonomously and manage workloads independently
- Experience with accounting software such as Xero and MyobAE
- A growth mindset and a focus on client partnerships
