This is a great opportunity for an electrical tradesperson to join a highly motivated customer-focused team in Carrum Downs. You will liaise with clients to deliver jobs within budget time frames.

Responsibilities

- Work across commercial and industrial spaces and deliver services within budget and timeframes.
- Collaborate with clients to achieve client satisfaction and quality service delivery.
- Operate towards advancing to a leading hand status and managing key accounts as opportunities arise.

Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum of 3 years A Grade Electrical experience.
- Experience in the Industrial sector.
- Ability to liaise with existing clients.
- Ability to proactively train and support electrical apprentices.
- Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
- Willingness to work overtime where required.
- Passion for the O/'Brien Group and its core values: Pride, Acknowledgement, Adaptability, Unity and Accountability.
- Willing to undergo Police Checks and Working with Children checks if not already current.
- Current Driver/'s Licence. OH&S Induction Training for the Construction Industry.
- Trade certificate and relevant experience; EWP and Cablers licences are advantages but not essential.
