Serving schnitzel in our busy restaurants isn't always an easy gig. As a Team Member at [insert location], you'll play a huge role in uplifting people's days and you'll get to have a lot of fun doing it. Responsibilities
As a Team Member, you'll contribute to a fast-paced dining environment, support your team, and ensure guests receive friendly service while helping to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Ingredients
You don't need a heap of skills or experience when you join our team. What you do need is attitude. You've gotta be willing to learn, to back our product and, most importantly, to treat everyone with respect.
To go places at Schnitz, it'll also help if you're someone who:
- Loves food and can offer exceptional customer service (even when they're behaving like Schnit-heads)
- Is happy to get stuck in, hustle and help out your team (it gets busy at certain times)
- Is flexible with availability
