Your impact, with us As our highly valued Technical Support Specialist, you’ll use your technical expertise to provide reliable IT support across multiple clinical and business systems, aiding patients with a wide range of heart and cardiovascular conditions. Based in Perth you’ll ensure seamless IT service delivery, supporting frontline healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centred care, helping to improve people’s health and lives and shaping our organisation’s future. Responsibilities - Providing first and second-level support for IT hardware, software, and clinical applications. - Troubleshooting and resolving incidents across Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, networking, telephony, and printing. - Supporting clinical systems such as EMR and PACS/DICOM applications. - Collaborating with IT colleagues, vendors, and clinical staff to deliver effective solutions. - Documenting solutions, knowledge articles, and contributing to IT projects, migrations, and upgrades. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will have: - 3+ years of IT support experience, ideally in a healthcare or clinical environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpoint management, and ITSM/RMM tools. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication, with a customer-focused approach.
