THE ROLE
We’re seeking a Senior Health Architect / Project Leader to join the Adelaide studio (or another location, with flexibility available). This role will see you lead complex health projects — including hospitals — from early concept through to delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading major health projects across all phases of design and documentation
- Coordinating engineering consultant inputs and ensuring compliance with NCC and Australian Standards
- Managing relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Undertaking site inspections and using systems such as Aconex or Procore
- Overseeing project delivery in Revit and guiding project workflows
- Leading and mentoring a team of architects and technicians
ABOUT YOU
- Registered Architect with 10+ years’ local experience
- Proven track record delivering complex health projects, ideally including hospitals
- Strong knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards, and documentation practices
- Skilled communicator with confidence working alongside clients and contractors
- Proficiency in Revit, with the ability to manage and coordinate design inputs
- Site experience, including inspections and construction phase services
- Collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring and supporting a team
- Ready to step into a Senior Associate (or higher) level role, depending on experience
