Overview

Followmont Transport is proud to deliver essential freight services across Queensland, connecting communities and supporting regional industries. We’re looking for experienced drivers to join our Mackay-based Linehaul team, driving modern equipment and delivering a service our customers rely on. This role involves produce transport, so you’ll be handling fresh freight with care and efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Operate on a 4 on, 4 off roster
- Run the Mackay – Townsville – Mackay shuttle, departing 11pm
- Unload at customer sites in Townsville, with the possibility of reloads ex-Bowen or a quick hitch onto preloaded produce loads in Townsville
- Take the opportunity to work additional shifts if you’d like to top up your pay

Qualifications

- About You:
- Hold a current MC license
- Able to complete a commercial driver’s medical and drug & alcohol check
- Provide a comprehensive driver history report
- BFM accreditation preferred (not essential)
- Safety-focused, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality work
