As an Assistant Store Manager, you will assist in achieving the store's financial targets and key performance indicators, with a focus on providing a warm and genuine customer service experience. You will also help build a team that is empowered to exceed expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Drive a customer-centric culture, creating a warm and meaningful in-store experience
- Assist in driving sales, profit, and productivity by achieving all key performance indicators
- Support the Manager in ensuring the team understands all business objectives with a focus on commercial acumen
- Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development
- Adhere to all company policies, behaviors, and procedures

Attributes you possess
- A passion for retail, exceptional service, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
- Experience with managing budgets, interpreting financial reports, and creating efficient rosters
- Support the Manager in team performance, productivity, training, and development
- Operational excellence with stock control and visual merchandising experience
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Ideal for a full-time Sales Assistant or Supervisor looking to advance their retail career
