About this Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Production Manager, as the Production Planner, you will be part of the planning team conducting a range of aircraft planning activities. This includes assisting with forward planning, provisioning, modification coordination and production support where required. You will also be responsible for actively seeking to identify opportunities for cost reductions.

Specifically, you will:

- Monitor performance against budget and manage programs such as HAPP and MPP in conjunction with the Production Manager.
- Assist with the management of the electronic maintenance plan.
- Contribute to a team culture where individual members are valued and recognised for their diverse skill sets.
- Actively create and maintain a safe and healthy work environment by working safely, adhering to instructions and using equipment in accordance with safe operating procedures.

About You

You have:

- A proven track record in leadership and sound knowledge of aircraft engineering and maintenance activities with emphasis in a multi–discipline organisation.
- A high standard of technical knowledge and experience in aircraft maintenance, planning maintenance and modifications, and forward provisioning and stores activities.
- A demonstrated ability to encourage safety, quality, innovation, cooperation, and continuous improvement throughout your team.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A high level of initiative and drive.

To be considered for the role you require:

- Eligibility to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
- Sound knowledge of the relevant CASA regulations and requirements in respect to aircraft maintenance and logistics.
- A current driver's licence.
