We're looking for a caring and efficientCustomer Support Assistant to be the welcoming face and supportive backbone of our team at Toongabbie TerraceCare Community.

What You'll Do:
️ Be the warm and welcoming first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors.
️ Provide essential administrative support to ensure our care community runs smoothly.
️ Assist with guiding prospective residents and families on tours of our beautiful community.
️ Manage rostering, payroll tasks, and maintain accurate records.
️ Work as a key part of a supportive team to deliver exceptional customer service.
What You'll Need:
️ Experience in an administrative, reception, or customer service role (aged care or healthcare experience is a plus, but not essential)
️ A friendly, professional manner with exceptional organisation and communication skills
️ A genuine desire to help people and make a difference in your community
️ The ability to be proactive, work as part of a team, and manage multiple tasks
️ Willingness to complete:
