Job Description
- Welcome patients and create a warm, professional first impression at the front desk
- Manage appointment bookings, coordinate the daily schedule, assist patients over the phone, and process payments
- Keep the reception area clean, organised, and presentable at all times
- Provide administrative support to the dental team, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience
Qualifications
- Main Reception role – experience not essential, full training provided
- Availability during weekdays and late nights, with a flexible schedule
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organisation, and a proactive attitude
- Confident communicator with high-level customer service skills and a friendly, professional manner
- Experience in reception or a similar customer-facing role is advantageous
