Overview

Join Origin as Regional Customer Solutions Manager. You’ll oversee a team of 19 and manage the safe, cost‑effective delivery of service, maintenance, and installation for Origin‑owned assets. You’ll support both commercial and residential customers, ensuring their needs are met with excellence and efficiency. Reporting to the National Customer Solutions Manager, you’ll drive performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction across your region.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage service and installation operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Oversee contractor performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Drive preventative maintenance and asset management programs.
- Deliver technical training and induction for staff and contractors.
- Champion safety and hazard management across all activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.

What will you bring?

- Trade or technical qualifications in mechanical or engineering disciplines.
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
- Strong technical gas service and installation expertise.
- Experience in hazardous environments and regulatory compliance.
- A current driver’s license is essential. MR or HR (or ability to obtain one) desirable.
