The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a key role in shaping our workforce by leading strategic recoverable recruitment across the business. This role owns the full recruitment cycle, with a strong focus on building and maintaining recoverable talent pipelines that align with our values and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver recruitment outcomes across all business units
- Lead recoverable recruitment processes aligned with workforce targets
- Partner with hiring managers with role scoping and proactive sourcing
- Promote EVP and referral programs to boost visibility and engagement
- Grow and manage the recoverable talent pool through targeted campaigns
- Share recruitment data to inform workforce planning and business decisions
- Ensure compliance with KPIs, reporting standards, and onboarding satisfaction
