The Role:

We’re looking for a skilled developer to build and maintain scalable ServiceNow Application solutions that support our business and customer needs. This is a hands-on role working across ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules, with opportunities to innovate and collaborate across teams.

To be successful as a ServiceNow Application Specialist you will:

- Define solution architecture for ServiceNow implementations.

- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications.

- Design workflows, service catalogs, portals, and integrations.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.

- Maintain and enhance existing applications and performance.

- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.

- Experience with scoped app development and integrations.

- Familiarity with platform security and compliance.

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.

- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and Sales & Order Management.

- Hands-on with Flow Designer, Service Portal, and IntegrationHub.

- Familiarity with update sets, ACLs, and security configuration.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Effective communicator and collaborator across teams.

Desirable:

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, AngularJS or experience with DevOps tools (Aft, CI/CD)

- Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management.

- Experience developing scoped applications.
