Account Coordinator – Global Brands

12-Month Fixed Term Contract

Are you a customer service professional who thrives on solving problems, building strong relationships, and keeping things running smoothly? Join our Global Brands team at Detpak, where your attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to manage multiple customer accounts will make a real impact.

This is a service and coordination-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to support customers and internal teams — rather than driving sales or managing high-level commercial accounts.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Delivering exceptional service to key accounts
- Managing orders, deliveries, and customer queries with precision
- Resolving complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
- Supporting internal teams with reporting and product setup
- Collaborating across departments to ensure smooth operations

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience in customer service or administration
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive mindset and problem-solving ability
- Confidence using MS Office and CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
- Exposure to ERP systems like QAD (or similar)
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and juggle multiple priorities
