About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experiencedStorepersonto join us out at Iron Bridge on a 14/7 DS/NS roster. Reportingto the Planning and Warehouse Supervisor, you will work collaboratively to deliver high-quality solutions and results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track urgent orders and freight movements to ensure timely delivery
- Consolidate freight where possible to reduce costs
- Manage incoming freight: check against manifests and update relevant registers
- Manage outgoing freight and backloads, including preparing D/G paperwork
- Update registers such as:

- Component Core Register

- A/C Bottle Register

- Grease Register

- Track Register

- Rebuilt Components Register

- Perform cycle counts and investigate discrepancies between shelf and system levels
- Support housekeeping audits
- Conduct routine system checks and balances

Administration:

- Assist the accounts team with APWF and related tasks as needed
- Notify relevant stakeholders upon receipt of urgent or critical orders

About you

- Extensive knowledge of warehousing and logistics within a mine siteenvironment
- Exceptional organisational, communication and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle stakeholder complaints and solving business problems
- JDE software experience and proficient in the use of Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
