McLean Farms is a diversified family-owned agri-business based in Pittsworth, 30 minutes Southwest of Toowoomba. Specialising in livestock and food production, the business is involved with a broad range of agricultural enterprises such as grain, compost and feed mill operations.

Daily duties

- Assisting in fabrication, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment
- Performing basic welding tasks – aluminium welding experience required
- Supporting tradespeople with day-to-day workshop duties
- Operating tools, equipment, and machinery under supervision
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace
- Ensuring all work is completed to quality and safety standards

What You’ll Bring

- Basic aluminium welding skills
- Previous experience in a fabrication or mechanical workshop
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
- A strong focus on safety and attention to detail
- Physically fit and capable of manual work
- A current 'C' class driver’s license
- Availability for occasional weekend and on-call work
