About the Role

GemLife is seeking a motivated Graduate of Architecture, Architectural Technician, or early‑career Project Architect to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our Design Manager and Senior Architect across all stages of luxury commercial projects.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of innovative and visually inspiring developments, including luxury country clubs and vibrant resort amenities that bring communities together. This role offers significant career growth, including exposure to leadership responsibilities, guidance of small teams, and ongoing mentorship as part of a rapidly expanding architectural department.

You’ll build your expertise across a diverse range of commercial projects, adding depth and variety to your portfolio. Using your advanced Revit skills, you’ll help deliver high‑quality architectural designs and documentation that meet the exceptional standards GemLife is known for.

Who We’re Looking For:

- 5–10 years of post‑graduate experience in architecture

- A degree in Architecture

- Advanced Revit skills

- Strong documentation and project delivery experience

- Solid knowledge of NCC, BCA, and Australian Standards

- Technical proficiency with a keen eye for detail

- Expertise in concept design through to design development
