About the role

The Fleet Administration Assistantrole will sit within our Fleet team, supporting multiple functions across Repairs, Fleet & Maintenance. This role is based out of our office located near central station, is ideal for someone with a passion for administration and a keen desire to step up and learn new skills. You will be joining a supportive team who will give you on the job training.

Responsibilities

- Data entry

- Processing of invoices

- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to manage completion dates

- Responsible for loading quotes

- Basic reporting

- Supporting across other fleet functions with ad hoc admin tasks

What you’ll bring

- Experience working in a fast-paced administration role

- Experience working within Fleet Management or a keen interest to learn and develop your skills

- High level attention to detail

- Intermediate Excel skills

- Comfortable learning and using technology

- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
