What will you be doing?

- Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for electrical and automation challenges
- Drive improvements in energy efficiency, safety, and system reliability
- Manage electrical projects from planning to execution
- Ensure compliance with electrical regulations and industry standards
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians to build a strong internal team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes
- Take initiative in leadership responsibilities and contribute to business growth

What do you need?

- Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
- 5+ years' experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting
- Strong leadership potential with the ability to grow into a senior role
- PLC programming and SCADA systems expertise
- Experience with high and low voltage electrical systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team
- Excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
