About the Role

The trainee will undertake a Certificate III in Steelfixing (CPC31120) while gaining hands-on experience in civil and commercial construction projects. Working under supervision, the trainee will develop trade skills and knowledge essential to the steel-fixing industry.

Key Duties

- Assisting in the fixing and placement of steel reinforcement
- Following all site safety requirements
- Preparing and organising tools, equipment and materials
- Supporting the team with day-to-day construction tasks
- Learning trade skills under supervision

Ideal Candidate

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

- A current and valid driver’s licence
- A willingness to work in hot and physically demanding environments
- A strong work ethic and reliability
- The ability to work effectively in a team with good communication skills
