About the Role

As the Area Manager, you’ll oversee the daily and strategic operations of 5 services, working closely with Centre Directors and executive leadership. This is a key leadership role requiring interstate travel, strong commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of compliance and pedagogy in the ECEC sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor Centre Directors to deliver high standards of care and education

- Oversee operational and financial performance across services

- Drive continuous improvement in quality, compliance, and staff engagement

- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Support workforce planning, enrolment growth, and regulatory compliance

- Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives

About You

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

- At least 2-3 years’ experience in a senior/multi-site leadership role within ECEC

- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

- Commercially savvy, systems-oriented, and highly organised

- Passionate about delivering excellence in early education
