Wir organisieren und verteilen die technischen Ersatzteile und Produkte für die Unternehmen Novartis, Sandoz und BASF sowie deren Dienstleister (z. B. Veolia) an ihren Standorten in Kundlund Schaftenau.

- Es erwartet Sie eine abwechslungsreiche Aufgabe und ein ausgezeichnetes Unternehmensklima in einem motivierten Team.

- Sie übernehmen und überprüfen laufende Anlieferungen von Paketdiensten und LKW-Anlieferungen.

- Sie kontrollieren die Lieferscheine und buchen die eingehende Ware in unserem SAP‑System ein.

- Einscannen der Lieferscheine und aller Zertifikate im SAP‑System sowie ordnungsgemäße Ablage gehören zu Ihrer täglichen Arbeit.

- Rechnungskontrolle, Nachverfolgung von Lager- und Transportschäden sowie die Bearbeitung von Reklamationen liegen in Ihrem Aufgabenbereich.

- Sie organisieren Rücksendungen für falsch gelieferte Ersatzteile inklusive Erstellung der entsprechenden Versandpapiere in Absprache mit dem Kunden.

- Sie transportieren die Pakete und Ersatzteile an die betreffenden internen Servicestellen.

- Bei der jährlichen Stichprobeninventur für unsere Kunden Novartis und Sandoz sind Sie tatkräftig mit dabei.

Ob eigenständig oder im Team – Sie packen mit an.

- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Lagerfachkraft bzw. eine abgeschlossene Lehre im Büro oder im Einzelhandel und eine 3‑5-jährige Berufserfahrung.

- Allgemeines, technisches Grundverständnis und Kenntnisse in der Lagerbewirtschaftung setzen wir voraus.

- Ihre Kollegen schätzen Ihre Genauigkeit und Pünktlichkeit. Auf Sie ist Verlass.

- Sie arbeiten gerne in einem Team bzw. haben ein kundenorientiertes Auftreten und Handeln.

- Kenntnisse von Buchungsabläufen im SAP und Microsoft Office Anwendungen sind gewünscht.
