About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a motivated, humble, and team-focused Group Fitness Coach to join our crew. You’ll be stepping into a dynamic, fast-paced environment where energy, integrity, and passion matter just as much as programming and performance.

- High-performing attitude with a hunger to grow, learn, and deliver 110%
- Humble, coachable, and eager to level up your craft
- Confident in leading group training sessions with energy and care
- Someone who values connection, community, and bringing out the best in every member
Minimum Requirements
- Certificate III & IV in Fitness
- Current CPR and First Aid
- Availability to coach 10–20 hours per week (some early mornings and evenings)
