We are seeking experienced Relief Residential Building Managers to support a range of residential buildings across Sydney.
Multiple positions are available, covering different sites and days, giving you flexibility and variety in your work.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential buildings
- Coordinate contractors, maintenance, and service providers
- Ensure buildings are maintained to high standards of safety, compliance, and presentation
- Respond to resident queries professionally and promptly
- Support permanent Building Managers during leave or busy periods
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Residential Building Manager
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills
- Flexible and adaptable to work across multiple sites and schedules
- Ability to quickly take ownership of responsibilities
- Professional, proactive, and reliable
