The Clinical Supervisor, Inpatient Services will coordinate non-medical therapeutic services in partnership with the multi-disciplinary team for patients seeking inpatient treatment for substance use disorders in accordance with Tully Hill established policies and procedures, OASAS regulations and CARF standards, referral source and insurance contract requirements. Position reports to the Clinical Director.

Responsibilities include providing leadership for Inpatient clinical staff, managing and maintaining regulatory compliance, facilitating multi-disciplinary treatment planning process, crisis intervention, providing clinical presentations and patient lectures / education regarding substance use disorders, individual and group counseling, family and employer counseling, case management, clinical and administrative supervision, training and scheduling of Inpatient clinical staff, providing on call coverage.
