Overview

We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable casual crew to join our team for the busy summer season — starting immediately through to April.

Role Details

As part of the Mandurah Boat Hire team, you’ll help keep our fleet and customers safe and ready for a great day on the water. Typical duties include:

- Preparing and setting up hire vessels — refuelling, cleaning, and ensuring they’re ready for safe use
- Moving and securing vessels around the jetty, including overnight berthing
- Delivering safety briefings to customers, sharing local knowledge and recommended areas to visit
- Assisting with on-water customer support and rescues as required
- Supporting the office team with bookings and general customer service

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum Recreational Skipper’s Ticket (RST) or equivalent
- Coxswain or other AMSA qualifications are highly regarded and may lead to expanded roles and responsibilities
- Strong communication skills and a focus on safety and customer service
- Availability on weekends and public holidays
