- Manage network security and ensure compliance with industry standards.

- Collaborate with internal teams to align technology infrastructure with business needs.

- Document system configurations and processes for future reference.

- Conduct regular system updates and backups to safeguard company data.

- Provide technical support and training to staff as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Infrastructure Analyst should have:

- Experience in IT infrastructure management and support.

- Strong knowledge of network systems, servers, and cloud technologies.

- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

- Familiarity with industry-standard security protocols and practices.

- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders.

- A proactive approach to identifying and implementing technology improvements.

- Relevant certifications or qualifications in information technology or a related field.
