For Purpose Aged Care is looking for an experienced Café Manager to run our in-house café located inside Wagga Wagga Community Aged Care.

Monday - Friday: 0900hrs - 1500hrs

The Café is the hub of our beautiful new Aged Care Residence providing a welcoming space for Residents, families, employees and locals.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

- provide a warm and welcoming café environment for Residents, visitors and employees
- increase loyalty and boost the café’s reputation through the provision of excellent menu items and service
- develop menus to reflect the seasons and customer preference
- train new employees and provide on-going training to all café team members
