As a Consultant in the Melbourne team, you will work closely with senior team members to design and deliver high‑quality, evidence‑led insights. You will be involved end‑to‑end: from shaping research frameworks, to storytelling with data, to helping clients make better decisions.
You'll bring:
- Around 2+ years' experience in market research, insights, or strategy consulting
- A strong grasp of both quantitative methodologies (qual also beneficial)
- Confidence working with data, crafting insights, and building compelling narratives
- Natural curiosity, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
- Great communication skills - written and verbal.
