Qualifications

About You:

- Minimum 2 years experience in restaurants and functions or industrial and bulk production
- Previous experience with Ala carte style will be highly regarded
- A minimum Cert 3 (or equivalent)
- The right to work within Australia
- Police Check or willing to obtain one
- HACCP standards, WH&S & an understanding of dietary requirements are to be adhered to
- Uniform: Traditional Chef jacket & pants, knives, apron, chef hat, safety shoes
