About the RoleOur Commercial Banking area is an exciting business providing a full range of solutions to small businesses around Australia. Our customer-focused proposition and enthusiastic team has helped generate significant growth, and we now have opportunities for business-to-business sales professionals to join us and help build our success further.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of customers through client acquisition, cross-sell, referrals, and ongoing relationship management.
- Build customer engagement with existing small business customers and provide tailored solutions and recommendations to support business growth and development.
- Relationship Management: Building, maintaining, and influencing relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Portfolio Management: The selection, prioritization, and management of a portfolio of work and/or customers in line with its strategic objectives and capacity to deliver.
- Customer Solutioning: Supporting customers by understanding their needs and informing them about relevant products or services.
- Credit Assessment and Management: Assessing, advising, monitoring, and/or approving a customer's credit worthiness.
- Data Analysis: Collecting, profiling, and analyzing data to translate into meaningful insights.
