TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays. We are owned and run by teachers and are a team of passionate educators dedicated to enriching children's lives.
Overview
We are hiring Permanent Educators in the Toowoomba area to work with children aged 5–12 in OSHC programs. This role offers structured shifts with opportunities to develop skills in a supportive team environment.
Role and Responsibilities
- Position: Permanent Educator in OSHC (Toowoomba).
- Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver engaging, child-centered activities before school, after school and during school holidays.
- Provide a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children.
- Support planning and implementation of activities that align with program goals and regulatory requirements.
Location and Schedule
- Location: Toowoomba Area.
- Shifts available (hours vary by service):
- 7:00am–9:00am (Before School Care)
- 2:30pm–6:30pm (After School Care)
- Optional 6–8 hour shifts during school holidays

About You
- Ideally has previous experience in Before and After School Care or education, but we can help you grow your skills
- Passionate about working with children and helping them thrive
- Engaged, fun, a team player and ready to jump in
- Confident communicator with children, parents and colleagues
Requirements
- Working with Children Check relevant to your state (WWCC, WWVP, Blue Card, VIT)
- Cert III or Diploma in an ACECQA-approved course (or working towards it) — visit acecqa.gov.au for approved qualifications
