Exclusive High-End Practice | 3+ Days Per Week | Premium Patient Base

Our client, a well-established and growing premium dental practice in Epping, is seeking skilled and experienced dentists to join their team. With a reputation for excellence and a focus on high-end treatments, this is an opportunity to take on a lucrative role with an existing patient base while contributing to the clinic’s exciting new chapter.

The Opportunity

- 3-4 days per week (flexible on days)
- Looking for:

1. A family-friendly dentist with a strong ability to work with children, providing general dentistry and endodontic treatment, AND/OR

2. A dentist with expertise in high-end procedures – endodontics, crowns, veneers, full-mouth rehabilitation, and molar endo

- Premium patient base with a focus on comprehensive, aesthetic, and restorative dentistry
- Existing books available – a high-performing dentist earning $100K-$120K per month is going on maternity leave in March, offering a rare opportunity to step into a thriving patient base (take home $40-50K/month)
- Attractive commission structure – above market commission rates depending on services provided

The Practice

- Established for 10+ years, solid patient base
- State-of-the-art facilities:

- 3 operational chairs, with a 4th chair and an in-house general anesthesia theatre

- Access to a visiting GA team for complex cases

- Full-spectrum services: general dentistry, mouth rehabilitation, veneers, crowns, All-on-4, and more

- Dedicated treatment coordinator and payment plan options for patients

- On-site skin clinic & Botox facility, with opportunities for TMJ therapy

- Strong marketing presence – modern and effective initiatives generating new leads every month

Who We’re Looking For

- Highly skilled dentists with a strong portfolio of cases and proven experience in high-end or complex treatments
- Must have at least 3+ years of experience practicing in Australia
- Someone who understands trust-building with patients – the clinic prioritises long-term patient relationships over volume-based dentistry
- Entrepreneurial mindset – opportunity to help shape the practice’s premium positioning and grow alongside the expansion
