Job Title: General Practitioner – Boyne Island, Queensland.

Job Type: Permanent – Full time

Practice Information:

- Mixed billing Training Practice

- Busy, established General Practice

- Opening Hours: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm

- Practice provides comprehensive medical services to all members of the community

Position Description:

- Working hours can be flexible

- Salary: $110,000-$250,000/year

- All-round family practice, including men's health, women's health, paediatrics aged care, servicing all nursing homes in the region, Heron Island health services, DVA, occupational health, birth control, skin cancer clinic, medicals, including dive medicals, procedural work: skin excisions, venesections, iron infusions, mirena and Implanon

Qualifications & Experience:

- VR- registered GP, Fellowship or equivalent preferred

- Abides by the RACGP-standards Current AHPRA registration Supervision for Fellowship-pathways is available.

After Hours Requirements: No

Salary Information: Negotiable (Based on Experience & Qualifications)

About Boyne Island: Laid back beach town, south of the booming industrial town of Gladstone. This town has the best of many worlds. All facilities and good schools available, beach-life and active sporting clubs. The Gladstone Harbour and booming industry guarantee a good clientele. Being in the beach town Boyne Island-Tannum Sands (still) offers affordable coastal living, whilst all services are readily accessible. Boyne Island and Tannum Sands are famous for their large number of family recreation areas, with playgrounds, barbeques, and scenic walkways. The City of Gladstone is just a 25 minute drive away, where you’ll find a whole host of specialty stores, shopping centres and restaurants as well as an airport. Brisbane is a one hour flight away.
