LaserBond is expanding and we’re hiring a full-time machinist to join our team in Bethania, with plans to relocate to a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Yatala Why Join Us? - ✅ Great hourly rates: Up to $50 p/hr based on experience - ✅ Plenty of overtime - ✅ Employee share scheme and long-term job stability - ✅ Brand new state of the art workshop coming soon - ✅ National company with sites across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA & WA - ✅ A supportive employer and a friendly environment About the Role As a Machinist / Turner, you will: - Set up and operate conventional lathes - Interpret detailed engineering drawings - Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, gauges, verniers etc.) - Work independently while contributing to a high-performing team - Maintain strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety What We’re Looking For - Qualified Fitter and Turner / Fitter Machinist - Experience in conventional machining, especially lathe work - Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills - Reliability, initiative, and the ability to work unsupervised - Commitment to safe and efficient work practices Ready to Apply?
