At The Dental Group, we don’t just do dentistry — we’re reinventing it. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Dental Assistant who’s ready to be part of a modern, supportive, and people‑first team at our Dental 99 CBD clinic.

As part of our growing group — which includes Dental Lounge, Sydney Implant Institute, and Dental 99 — you’ll help deliver exceptional patient care at prices that make sense, without compromising comfort or quality. This is a casual role (estimated 2‑3 days per week) with the possibility to turn into a permanent role.

Your Responsibilities:

- Assist in a variety of dental procedures, including surgical and restorative phases.

- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are always ready for our patients.

- Provide excellent chairside assistance and patient management.

- Educate patients on post‑operative care and ensure their comfort.

- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to infection control protocols.

- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant.

- Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.

- Proficient in using dental software and digital imaging systems.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism.

- Detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
