The Opportunity

A well-established Tier 2 commercial builder is seeking experienced HSE Advisors to support major construction projects across the Perth metro area. These roles are ideal for safety professionals who enjoy being hands‑on on site, working closely with project teams, and contributing to a culture where safety is genuinely prioritised—not just spoken about.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining safe, compliant, and well‑managed construction environments while being supported by strong systems, including HammerTech.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily HSE operations across active commercial construction sites

- Implement and manage digital safety systems (HammerTech)

- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments

- Support inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety training

- Monitor subcontractor compliance and champion safety best practice

- Prepare incident reports, safety documentation, and performance updates

About You

- Proven experience as an HSE Advisor in commercial construction

- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and site‑based compliance

- Experience using HammerTech or similar digital safety systems

- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solution‑driven mindset

- Full Australian working rights + Perth‑based experience essential
