Job Description
Stir up some joy and add a dash of connection, one visit at a time
We’re looking for a volunteer to visit a lovely elderly lady once a week or fortnight for an hour of companionship. She would love someone to share stories, laughter and companionship over a cuppa.

Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.

Requirements
18 years or older • National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare •
We'd be happy to discuss a suitable time during the week for a 30 minute visit between 9am and 5pm Monday to Sunday, visits could be weekly to fortnightly depending on your availability.
