Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development and implementation of applications using C# and .NET Core.

- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project success.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

- Evaluate and implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.

- Analyse and resolve technical issues to maintain system reliability.

- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technical .NET Lead should have:

- Proven experience in software development with C# and .NET Core

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

- Experience in managing technical projects within the business services industry.

- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, database design, and optimisation.

- Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React or Angular).

- Hands‑on experience with Azure or AWS cloud services.

- A solid understanding of coding standards and software development methodologies.

- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.

- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
