Our Client, Tidal Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking for a qualified Welders. Tidal Solutions Pty Ltd is a leading provider of construction and maintenance solutions for the mining and oil & gas industries, serving major clients. With over a decade of experience, they deliver high-quality maintenance solutions to the iron ore, gold, and lithium sectors.

Responsibilities:

1. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
2. Prepare and cut metal stock using various tools and machines.
3. Operate welding and hot works equipment safely according to training and skill level, ensuring proper handling of tools and materials.
4. Shape, align, and join metal sections using various welding techniques.
5. Conduct quality inspections on completed work to verify it meets specifications and industry standards.
6. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations in the workplace.

Qualifications:

1. With relevant trade qualification
2. With at least 3 years experience on a similar role.
3. Proficiency in various welding techniques
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
