Overview

Are you an experienced Legal Assistant ready to hit the ground running in a dynamic, fast-paced legal environment? We are currently partnering with top-tier national and international law firms seeking skilled Legal Assistants for a range of temporary contracts (4weeks to 6 months) across leading law firms in Sydney CBD.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years' experience in legal support roles, ideally working up to Partner level. You will be confident, proactive, and adaptable, with strong skills across:

- Matter and document management
- Legal billing and expense coordination
- Diary and travel management
- Preparation of legal documents, reports and presentations
- Assistance with practice and firm projects

Key Requirements

- Full-time availability Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:15pm (on-site)
- Full working rights in Australia (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid temporary visa covering the assignment duration)
- Ability to quickly integrate into new teams and workflows
- Proficiency with legal systems such as FileSite, Affinity, Aderant, Elite, and InTapp is highly regarded.
- A current police check is desirable but not essential
